Savannah Outen held a Hannah’s Hope Fund Benefit Concert along with Drew Seeley, Push Play, Tiffany Giardina and Bre Morgan at The Palace Theatre in Albany, New York back on March 29. The concert was to help Hannah Sarah Sames, who was diagnosed with Giant Axonal Neuropathy (GAN), an incurable disease.
